The RENZMANN distillation units type ROTO recover contaminated solvents through batch distillation. The material to be distilled is filled into the distillation vessel in batch quantities or continuously. A rotating scraper system permanently cleans the heat transfer surfaces; thus it is possible to distil even highly contaminated solvents and waste inks, to reduce the residue to a large extent, and to discharge it automatically. The safety requirements for solvent distillation units are fulfilled, explosion-proof according Atex: category 1/2, explosion group IIB, temperature class T3.
