Note
Width 920 mm Camera HQCC 3 chips with zoom 16 X The “PRINTVISION JUPITER” automatic defect detection system is a printing process control system. It is designed to automatically detect defects in the printing process on high-speed, wide-web rotary machines using a high-resolution matrix camera. Inspection is fully automatic and defects are detected from the moment they begin to appear for immediate correction. The system visually inspects all types of printed materials including paper, opaque or transparent plastic films, reflective materials (foils, vacuum metallised papers or films, etc.) and detects all types of imperfections in real time. These defects include colour variations, colour registration errors, lines, dots, spots or splashes, printing errors, wrinkles, line or contour flattening, etc. The system permanently compares 100% of the transformed material with a “master” pattern and alerts with a light and acoustic alarm of the defect and indicates where the defect is located within the total development. It visually indicates the position and nature of the defect. This allows the on-line correction of process defects
