Repair and turnkey delivery of damaged cast extrusion line for stretch film
Machine: Cast line for stretch film width 2.500 mm wide Make Adtech Provera.
Description:
Machine was installed in a bankrupted company where it has been laying for 3 year without use. During this period burglars broke into the plant and severely damaged the line. All copper cables were cut and stolen. PLC was stolen as well as 2 extruder’s drive. Thickness control was severely damaged as well as other electrical parts on the machine. We bought machine from a leasing company and sold it to one of our Korean customer’s. Machine was dismantled, reassembled, completely repaired and successfully re-started. A new SW and supervisor were installed. Machine and extrusion die was also mechanically overhauled.
