Turnkey project with dosing system and die retrofit used 3 layers blown film
Machine: Tecom 3 layers blown film extrusion machine.
Description:
In order to adapt machine to customer’s needs two modification were required. Dosing system needed to add 2 more components on each extruder. Also die needed to be replaced with a larger one in order to guarantee the right blowing ratio. Machine was retrofitted as per above request. It was than dismantled, loaded on trucks, reassembled and started up at customer’s plant in Russia. All was supplied in one turnkey contract.
