Retrofit and maintenance on MRG Rotogravure
Machine: MRG Grafomac Rotogravure press of 1998.
Description:
We supplied above rotogravure press to company in Hungary. When we sold it, the line was dismantled in storage. We renovated the press and installed it at customer plant. As part of the contract we modified drying system (from thermal oil to gas) and we added a new pretreatment unit. This unit was made to stabilize surface of material (PP300my) and it consisted of a infra red heater and a chilling 3 calendars.
